Who we are
Fresh, simple, made to order
SOKO Sushi and Sake Bar is a neighbourhood sushi spot at 1600 Champa Street in downtown Denver. Our sushi chefs prepare every piece of nigiri, sashimi and every roll to order, using fresh fish and quality ingredients.
Alongside the sushi bar, our kitchen serves comforting dinner dishes — miso soup and tempura udon, teriyaki chicken, soondubu and bibimbap — so there is something for everyone at the table.
